Key Responsibilities

• Handling PR/PO process of various Worldwide Geographies
• Create Purchase requests for the Worldwide Team within given timeframe post basic documentation and Marketing Governance Pre Checks
• cooperate with the marketing teams to provide the necessary support
• Follow up for Purchase Orders
• helps to resolve any tool issue by raising IT Tickets
• Work in hand to hand with multiple Departments to gather the required information
• Availability as per Geo Timings
• Work closely with Geo Teams during the Quarter end to provide support
• Create invoices in the system whenever required
• Create expedite payment requests whenever required
• Follow up with Accounts payable team for payments
• Should be having self-acumen to implement the activities
• Deeply understand the Process and sensible implementation
• Strong problem solving skills
• Work as a strong team player

Qualifications Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must for this role
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve any issue
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, Exposure to Anaplan Tool is add on.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, finance is a bonus.
