Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Engage in cold calling & maintaining the data collected

Develop fleet owners/brokers for the company

Talk to the prospective customers for new business from the given list of potential leads

Coordinate with the operations team and customer in vehicle placement till delivery and support the billing team for proper bills to be made

Assist with contacting fleet owners for pick-up of outgoing FTL and PTL shipments

Analyze operation planning for tracking shipment or maintaining a smooth delivery

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Required Competencies

Open to commuting frequently for partnerships and business

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi – any other language is a plus.

Field operations/marketing experience would be a plus

You should be a go-getter & high in energy

The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work.

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3.5 Lac/Annum
