Responsibilities of the position:

• Design & develop MM business strategy and drive overall MM Channel business across product categories for profitable growth.
• Shared ownership of MM business along with MM & ISR Head
• Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing partners and channels.
• Identify relevant business gaps & initiate short-term & long-term actions.
• Drive the overall business health and motivation of channel.
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the organization.
• Work closely with direct sales, leading the day-to-day channel sales activities.
• Meet and exceed sales target by volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products with specific focus on Premium mix. Maximize sale of services.
• Overall Responsibility of finding, qualifying, signing and nurturing relationships for Value Channel Partners.
• Achieves national sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans. Review sales progress and customer satisfaction.

12-15+ years of sales and marketing experience; Experience with value Channel in LEMB is preferred

Must Have: Bachelors degree in business/ marketing/
