Hello There,.

We provide technical service and support to the customers in U.S.A and Canada.

We are hiring for the process and require 30 technical sales executives, 10 technical back-end executives and 10 customer service agents.
Job description as mention below:

Technical Sales Executives:

Answer inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.
Able to understand the query and convert calls into sales.
Excellent communication skills.
U.S shift timings.
Its mostly a commission basis job. (Annual CTC may vary)
Good monthly and daily incentive plans.
5 days working.
Technical Back-End Executives (Remote Technicians):

Able to fix technical problems related to computers, printers and other devices remotely.
Able to communicate with the customer and help them to follow troubleshooting over the call.
Must have good experience as a technician in any technical support process.
U.S shift timings
Annual CTC between Rs.3,00,000 to Rs4,20,000.
Bonus plans for technicians.
5 days working.
We provide one time meal, tea & coffee beverages and No cab facility.
We are urgently hiring and need good candidates, our company address is in Phase 8B, Industrial area, Mohali.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,132.72 – ₹45,288.71 per month

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
