Essential Functions
Nature of this job is to support the company’s day to day operations by managing office guests, sales & purchase details, candidate recuriments and personnel welfare. The details of the job functions are listed below
Manage office telephone calls and the guests.
The candidate will have to do all the purchase of items needed for the employees (online purchase). The invoice and data related to the sales and purchase have to be managed in a proper way.
The candidate also should communicate with the auditor regarding sales and purchase data, TDS filing and GST filing.
The candidate should also be able to undertake HR actvities such as job vacancy posting, screening resumes and scheduling job interviews.
Job Summary
Qualification- Any graduation.
Experience – 0-2 years.
Salary(take home) – Rs 12000-18000/month.
