Job Opening For Travel Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements
• Understand clients requirement and offer packages accordingly
• Coordinating with operations team.
• Handling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiries.
• Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of international / outbound tour packages
• Providing excellent customer service experiences – Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
• Assisting clients with visa processing, flight ticketing and pre-trip formalities
• Post sales file operations, Invoicing
• Achieve the assigned sales targets
• Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
• Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
