Have you got an appetite for awesome?

• Accurately process vendor and supplier invoices in SAP on timely Manner.
• Performing two-way, three-way matching
• Should have detailed Knowledge of TDS and GST
• Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Performing weekly/monthly reconciliations of AP balances, ensuring discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Communicating with internal Stake holders to resolve billing issues, disputes, and inquiries.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Managing/Maintaining the vendor master data in the accounting system SAP
• To Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable
• Supporting internal and external audits by providing invoice-related documentation and records.

We hope that you are ..

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (ERP systems such as SAP)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
