Life Circle’s mission is to be India’s leading & trusted platform connecting home healthcare workers to seniors to improve their quality of life. We are currently present in five cities and looking to expand the operations in Assam and NE states. Life Circle is setting up Training Center in Guwahati for training youth from Assam on Geriatric caregiving and hiring talented professionals for various roles in the training center.

Job Summary:

The Center Manager is the head of the Geriatric Caregiving training centre who is committed to the cause and willing to work hard and bring their experience and expertise in not only leading this project but also be the champion for Life Circle’s training programs in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing Center team and training quality
Student mobilisation and selection
Trained students’ placement
Stakeholder’s managment
Office account and administration
Process adherence
Manage other operational and administrative challenges appropriately

Special Requirments:
Own a vehicle that can be used for the purpose of mobilization.
Commitment for atleast 2 years of work in Guwahati
Well versed with spoken and written Assamese and English

Good knowledge of computers

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate (preferred- nursing, medical social work, any health training) with a MBA/ MSW.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹28,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
