Job Description:

  • Hospitality to the clients is the major criteria for this job.
  • Answering client phone calls and updating the status of the test reports.
  • If test results are getting delayed, contact concerned department and escalate the issue and resolve the issue and

clear the grievance.

  • Should have a minimum knowledge about the medical laboratory test.
  • Must able to speak in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
