Job Title: Document Controller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Document Controller to support our UK Doc Control Manager. You will be working remotely from India. It is an excellent opportunity to work with international stakeholder from the convenience of your home.

What will you do?
Ensuring proper version control of all project-related documentation in line with company standards.
Distribution of all project documentation as per the company / project procedures; to suppliers, client, and construction sites.
Manage the receipt and control of all project documentation as per the company / project procedures, from suppliers & client.
Prepare & collate H&S Files, including technical manuals (O&M) to relevant project requirements.
To review, update and communicate progress to date to line manager on project related activities, ensuring key deliverables are completed to relevant standard and to defined deadlines and budget.
Experience and Education Required:
Experienced in controlling documents and records for engineering and construction projects.
Computer literacy especially skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
Minimum qualification of associates degree with 4+ years of applicable experience.
Knowledge of automated documentation control packages such as SOBIS – Project Information Retrieval System (PIRs) would be a big advantage although training will be given.
