As a Sales Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring the coordinations with the sales team and Clients. We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals and to serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

What you will do
Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
● Working on Quotations and delivery,Issuing sales transaction invoices and
Coordinating for Payment.
● Receiving and processing all purchase orders from the customer region
● Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
● Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
● Maintaining and updating sales and customer records, and tracking sales figure in regions
● Manage order delivery timeliness
● Expediting orders through internal liaison.
● track outstanding items required by customers (including out of stock items, special requests, promotional material support etc)
● Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
● Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
What you will need
Sales Administrator Requirements:
● An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
● 3+ Yrs of Equivalent experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
● Candidates should have previous experience in working with sales teams from Asia,
Europe & US Region.
● Candidates should flexible to work on region specific time zone
● Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
● Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM..
● Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Ms Excel and Ms Powerpont, in Particular).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Prefered – male / female : Prior experience in working as a sales coordinator in the automobile / electronics industry preferred.
