Location – Libaspur, Delhi 110042

Minimum 2 years experience required

Responsibilities

• Managing and accounting day to day transactions in books of accounts
• Ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping in line with organizational needs
• Daily updating of Tally ERP and other in house system
• Collation, Consolidation & Parking of all companies purchases, expenses in ERP systems
• Accounts Payable: Accounting of vendor, partners bills, expense bills, Influencers and third parties payments and employee reimbursement
• Payables verification and accounting, ensuring and process timely payments
• Maintains the Accounts Payable sub-ledger and prepares monthly accounts payable ageing and timely follow-ups on the amount receivable from the clients
• Reconciliations: Bank accounts, petty cash, vendor accounts and Inter-Company
• Month-end closing process: Provision Entries, Prepaid Entries, Depreciation Entries
• Assists in the calculation of all statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PT, PF)
• Maintenance of all books of account and ensure internal controls are in place
• Preparing and analysing various MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and ensure timely reporting
• Co-ordination with Auditors, finance team and business team for resolving audit queries
• Ensuring to meet reporting timelines and other compliances
• The smooth operation of various accounting activities
• Work on additional finance projects on regular basis, if required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education – Graduate/ MCOM / CA Inter
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and capability of understanding and guide the team to get the required information
• Good knowledge of Accounting
• Min 3 – 5 years experience in finance and accounts
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Withdrawing taxes, GST, TDS, PT in India

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
