PSN Automobiles Hiring for State Head at Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Major duties and responsibilities –

• The state head will be heading the Karnataka team in sales.

• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. Provide personal support to close largest deals.

• Should guide and work with team to ensure the goals and targets are achieved

• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objective.

• Should bring in new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers to enhance business.

• The state head will have to travel to various locations and monitor the team.

• Forecast and plan future trends in the relevant industry.

• Submit Quotations to customers.

• Manage receivables and overdue payments.

• Resolve customer requirements and issues.

Skills and qualifications

• Any Degree or Management graduate with 15 years experience in sales industry (Preferably tyre and commercial vehicles)

• Knowledge about commercial vehicles and construction equipment

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Should have strong interpersonal skills.

• Should have a strategic process.

• Good communication skills

• Ability to speak Kannada, Hindi and English (Anything else is an added advantage

• Leadership skills

Job Types: Internship, Full-time

Salary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
