Head of Finance responsibilities include :
We are looking for a Head of Finance to supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially.
Head of Finance responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities
comply with regulations.

Job Description

• Account Planning, Allocation & Control including operation of various Bank limits – working Capital Management.
• Generation/Checking of various Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports, Budgets & Budgetary Control-Variance Analysis.
• Checking of Monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-6 (ISD), GSTR-3B) with GST Liablity as computed by accounts team and ensuring its filing and timely payment of GST
• Supervision of Costing & Cost Records Management. Ensure product costing is given to Marketing Department for all customer requirements within 48 hours.
• Monitoring Receivables & Payable Management. Liaison with Client for payments & Forms.
• Signing and Passing of all vouchers and Documents including Export Documents.
• Finalization of Monthly and Quarterly Accounts. Compilation of Annual Report.
• Checking & Approval of monthly, quarterly, Annual TAX returns and GST returns. Ensuring all Statutory Compliance adhered within stipulated time.
• Checking & Approval of TDS/TCS deduction, remittance, returns, Certificates to Service Vendors & Employees.
• Submission of Stock statements, Quarterly, Half yearly, CMA and other data to Banks.
• Computation of Advance Income Tax Payment.
• Liaison with Banks, Insurance Co., Credit Rating Agency, Statutory Auditors, Consultants, Statistics Dept.
• Supervision of all C. Excise, Customs and Service Tax related documents, Audits and Invoicing.
• Preparation & Finalization of Corporate Income Tax, Tax Audit particulars etc.
• Supervision of all Pre & Post Exports and Imports Documents.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a head of finance or a similar position.
• Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting software.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Effective leadership qualities.

Exp : – 20 to 25 yr
Salary : – 35000 to 40,000 रु/-
Job location: – Saharsa (सहरसा) Bihar .
