Qualification: MBA HR (Mandatory)

Experience: Between 3 to 4 Years Only Not more than 4 Years in Construction Industry (Mandatory)

Salary Range: b/n 25,000 /- to 35,000/- Per month

Location:-KPHB, Hyderabad

Working Week Monday to Saturday ( 6 Days)

Work Timing 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities: –

To Work on the end-to-end Internal Recruitment.

To Work in HR Operations (SOPs, Company Policies, Employee Relations etc….)

To Work on performance management, training, and development.

To Work on the documentation of new employees and Induction Programs.

General Administration and People operations.

Assist on various employee engagement activities.

Provide support to organize various corporate initiatives / programs.

Experience on Statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Tax, Labour Laws and Licence).

Immediate Joiners are Preferred.

Desired skills:-

MBA HR candidates only required.

3 to 4 Years of experience as HR-Generalist in Construction Industry (Mandatory)

Employee relations, deliver HR solutions, brand building, performance management, and talent development.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Able to speak fluently English, Hindi, and Telugu (Three Language fluency Mandatory)
