This job will be responsible for providing efficient customer support by resolving client problems over the phone daily. You’ll take care of any problems that emerge so that we can give satisfaction to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Customers should cultivate relationships with essential personnel.
- Ability to properly communicate over the phone.
- To ensure client satisfaction, schedule regular meetings with them.
- Handle all loan-related phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.
Eligibility Requirements for a candidate:

Salary: ₹13,500.00 – ₹25,500.00 per month
