Age: – Should not be more that 35 yrs.

Job Description –

Calls and converts prospects into valid customers.

Assists customer by answering routine questions or forwards them to appropriate department.

Enters orders and follows up on both shipped and unshipped orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Enters relevant customer comments and exchanges in customer record.

Uses database to track customer information.

Performs periodical reporting to management of all calls made and keeps management and channel manager informed of any pertinent business issues.

Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the product, service and company.

Supports the needs of respective territory.

Assists other team members as necessary

Salary Component: 2.5 lpa to 6 lpa

Experience – 6 months – 6 yrs
