Electrification of vehicles specially for commercial use ranging from 2W, 3W to LCVs to HCVs will not only have a significant positive impact on the environment, but it will lead to huge cost savings as well. However, different vehicle platforms have unique requirements and hence there cannot be a one-type fit all battery technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting

• Day to day journal and data entry in the software.
• Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each
• invoice and expense report is accurate.
• Support the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate monthly
• reconciliation of accounts.

2. Monthly GST

• Monthly GST workings.
• Reconciliation of sales.
• Reconciliation of ITC between books and GSTR 2A /GSTR 3B.
• Follow up with Vendors for GST invoice and whether they have filed GST returns or not.

3. Other responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly TDS working and filing TDS return.
• Follow up with vendors/customer for accounts payable/receivable and keep in touch
• as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time.
• Preparing management information system.
• Responsibilities to change as the company grows.

Requirements & role specific skillsets:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university focused on accounts or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years as an accountant
• Experience in end-to-end accounting and have knowledge of Tally and ERP Software.
• Reconciliation Bank, vendor, customer etc.
• Accounts finalization and preparation of accounts.
• Experience in calculating and filing TDS, GST, Advanced tax.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet and MIS.
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
• Good in communication.
• Team interactions and coordination.
