Good Understanding of Tower and Mobile Workstations Hardware.
Installation, Configuration and Administration of Win7, Win10 clients.
Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows 2016&2019 servers.
Creating users, Groups, file system, security and Network Management on server platforms.
Good Understanding Group policy to restrict the computer settings.
Installation and Configuration of Network Printers like HP, Lexmark Printers.
Good Understanding of Installing, updating and troubleshooting of base operating systems.
Configuration of exchange clients MS Outlook.
Configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units.
Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Working with monitoring systems. Antivirus & Patch management. Knowledge & working on system security techniques.
Coordinate with the vendor for maintenance activities and firmware upgrades.
Application/Database server monitoring & troubleshooting. Website context file replacement & updating.
MSSQL server dump export & import.
Basic Cloud knowledge.
Virtualizing knowledge of VMware or Hyper-v.
