Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Voice process.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Provide advice on product and service.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
• Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products & services

Requirements

• Prior experience with Sales & US calling process.
• Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
• Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Computer literacy

Shift timings:- US Shift: 5 pm to 3 am & 7 pm to 5 am (shift timing will change as per the daylight saving)

Work Culture: – 5 Days – Monday to Saturday (Alternate Week Off) & Sunday Fixed Off.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
