Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee all operations within the Line of Business (LOB), encompassing platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, Market Place, Tata Cliq & Captive. This role will involve activities like Inward, Put-away, Picking, Check-Pack, and Dispatch across 850 locations throughout India.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in warehouse functions, floor tasks, inventory management, and materials handling. Additionally, they will ensure effective communication and coordination with the Distribution Center Manager, Head Office, Key Account Managers, and Business Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive oversight of the entire outbound department
- Manage Logistics & Supply Chain processes
- Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) & dashboards for partners
