Qualification: BCOM/MCOM
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of Account Payable Management.
Location: Assagao, Bardez, North – Goa.
Key Responsibilities:

- To Supervise the entry of all accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- To Resolve issues with other accounts payable executive, the purchasing department and company vendors
- To Perform full Accounts Payable cycle including collecting invoices, assembling, supporting documentation, ensuring proper approvals, entering invoices to financial system, printing and mailing checks
- To maintain separate and clear accounts for clients the company manages and the company
- To maintain and monitor budgeted versus actual expenses
- Involved in Reconciling vendor statements and invoices
- Petty Cash
