Qualification: BCOM/MCOM

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of Account Payable Management.

Location: Assagao, Bardez, North – Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

• To Supervise the entry of all accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• To Resolve issues with other accounts payable executive, the purchasing department and company vendors

• To Perform full Accounts Payable cycle including collecting invoices, assembling, supporting documentation, ensuring proper approvals, entering invoices to financial system, printing and mailing checks

• To maintain separate and clear accounts for clients the company manages and the company

• To maintain and monitor budgeted versus actual expenses

• Involved in Reconciling vendor statements and invoices

• Petty Cash
