As an operations Manager at VNC Global, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our outsourcing division. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service quality to our clients. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a keen eye for process improvement. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve their goals and exceed client expectations. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards. Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and process effectiveness. Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets to optimize resource utilization and control costs. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity. Training and Development: Develop and execute training… programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team. Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management. Requirements Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcing industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
