Job Description

Position: User researcher

Experience: 2-3 years

Job Location: Bangalore

User researcher would be responsible for:
1.Conducting primary and secondary research; on ground and telephonic interviews for the Kannada speaking users.

2. Conducting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative research.

3. Assisting in planning and implementing user research strategies and methodologies.

4. Performing quality audit to ensure quality of user studies.

5. Assisting in usability study and other user research activities.

6. Analyzing data points derived from Primary and Secondary research and preparing reports.

7. Collaborate with designers, researchers, marketing, product teams for the user research projects.

Required Skills :–

1. Should be proficient in Kannada & English (Proficiency in more than one Indian language is highly preferred).

2. 1-3 years of prior experience in primary research and secondary research is mandatory.

3. Strong analyzing skills & interpersonal skills.;

4. Having strong empathy towards the users.

5. Should be comfortable with having extended conversations with the users.

6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PPT and other microsoft tools.
