In the department of Research & Innovation, we are looking for a Formulator.
Type of contract : Annually renewable contract
Location : Mumbai, India
As a formulator, your main responsibilities are:
Support business in their future launch plan
Ensure end to end project leadership for Skincare, form formula definition, to formulation, stability, scale up, safety, consumer & clinical performance assessment and industrialization.
Ensure the transformation of disruptive innovation, within l’Oreal quality standards and defined timelines.
Work in synergy with Industry, business, other R&I departments and team
Maintain and animate current portfolio.
To succeed in this position, you have:
Masters degree with a min of 2-3 years formulation experience preferably in the personal care context
Knowledge about cosmetic formulations, surfactants, skin care ingredients, solvents etc.
You are:
Genuinely interested in cosmetics
Excellent in communication and presentation skills.
You like challenges and have a solution-oriented mind set
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
