Qualification : B Com/ M Com

Experience : 5+ years relevant experience

Job Description :

• Working experience in Tally ERP 9 is must. Responsible for disbursement of the salaries for doctors, employees on a timely basis.

• Scrutinize invoices on the basis of approvals as per authority matrix, purchase orders/ letter of indent, agreements, goods receipt note, nature of expense and tax applicability.
• Ensure accuracy in processing and releasing of payments on or before the due date as per service level.
• Monitored outstanding entries in invoices, agreements, and statements, supporting documents from other teams and clear the same.

• Timely submission of all payment related info to the internal audit team before sharing it with the concerned authority for payment process.
• Coordinating among cross functional department for receiving/ sharing information

• Responsible for monitoring statutory payments like TDS, Service tax, DD etc.
• Audit high volume of invoices on a daily basis.
• Liaison with vendors (travel agents/ hotels) for payments

• Handles all critical invoices, tax issues with respect to invoice and PO.
• Circulating various MIS, viz expense report, total payout in a specified period etc.
• Responsible for monitoring aging payments
• Monitoring & handling day to day vendor payments with 100% accuracy
• Payment of fixed monthly expenses Office, Consultant Payment as per the agreements.

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.30,000/-

Notice Period : Immediate/ max 15 Days.
