About Team:

The Creative Services Team plays a crucial role in supporting talent attraction and Employer Branding efforts by leveraging a combination of creative strategy, design expertise, and compelling copywriting. Our primary focus revolves around two key areas: Employer branding and Recruitment marketing strategy.

In the realm of employer branding, we work to craft a unique and appealing image of our organization as an employer of choice. This involves creating and maintaining a consistent and attractive identity that resonates with potential candidates.

Additionally, we provide valuable assistance by offering clear design guidelines. These guidelines ensure that all creative materials whether they are for job postings, marketing collateral, or branding initiatives, or Social media align seamlessly with our established visual identity and messaging. This consistency helps reinforce our employer brand and ensures a cohesive and compelling presentation to potential talent.

I. Job Summary:

Involved in designing, communicating and publishing promotions of Lowe’s partnering brands using various digital channels and media. This position is responsible for graphic design and production for digital production. They design impactful concepts in Lowe’s as well as partnering brand style guidelines with the flexibility to address broad brand messages through to highly promotional offers. The candidate should be able to visualize and execute in both static and dynamic environments. This requires a great attention to detail, mastery of the tools required for layout design and great time management skills. The Designer produces a range of visual options to meet the needs of the business with minimal supervision from the Creative Manager (CM).

II. Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Produces visual design treatments for advertising materials including, but not limited to, digital onsite, offsite,

social, motion graphics and digital media.

• Versions out design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and business strategy.
• On a daily basis, the Designer carries a full workload of tactical, production design requests. In addition, the

Designer is continuously growing their professional skills with feedback and advice provided by their CM.

• The designer is great at adapting and scaling creatives to different sizes and templates.
• The Designer will work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
• The Designer will work within a flexible process that is ever-evolving to meet the business needs while working

with, at times, tight deadlines.

• Executes creative assignments as part of a team as well as with other creative studio services.
• Designs to consistently high standards that enhance the Lowe’s and partnering client brands.
• Works within Workfront for job workload management.
• Utilizes Workfront Proof for trafficking work for review when appropriate

• 2 – 4 years’ experience

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• A design degree from a reputed design institute along with a portfolio that demonstrates photography, typography, and design capabilities

V. Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

Key Skillset: Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & XD

• Possession of a design degree from a well-regarded design institution, supported by a portfolio showcasing proficiency in photography, typography, and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with FIGMA, a valuable design software tool.
• Demonstrated comprehension of design principles, color theory, and their application in layout, design, and image composition.
• Proficiency in typographic skills and mechanical preparation.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control and design aesthetics.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a passion for executing diverse design styles and adhering to style guides.

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Familiarity with Mac interface and OS
• Familiarity with MS office suite, Powerpoint and other Presentation software/apps.
