Critical Tasks
KRA’s and Key Activities
- Ensure sampling, analysis and reporting as per QAP.
- Reporting of analysis results to concerned production unit as per agreed time line.
- Re Calibration of Spectrometer.
- Calibration of LECO H2, N2 & O2 Analyser.
- Calibration of LECO C& S Analyser.
- 5’S’ activity in Spectro lab.
- Changing reagents and ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedule of OES and LECO instruments and polishing and grinding equipment.
- Coordinate with Process Control and operation team to ensuring timely production and control of product quality
- Data entry in MES system.
Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
- Resampling of materials
