Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced research techniques and sourcing tools to identify and map pools of talent that align to target candidate profiles.
Research, gather, and document information related to each candidate (email, phone number, job title, professional and/or social profile(s), resume, current employer, experience, skills) etc.
Maintain up to date and accurate candidates records in CRM.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to provide the business with a strong understanding of the talent market and how we can expand our networks to be more diverse and inclusive.
Generate activity reports and provide analysis for quarterly business reviews.
Years of Experience
2+ years of experience sourcing full-time IT, technology, and/or digital professionals or 2+ years in-sourcing for corporate or supply chain professionals.
Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify, and hire highly technical talent.
Communicate technical job roles to candidates at all levels.
Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience, supporting candidate assessment and evaluating candidate skills.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Will be working with Global stakeholders
Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging any candidate relationship management (CRM) tool.
Education Qualification & Certifications
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification.
Passing out for premium PG Institute is preferred (full time)
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
Deep knowledge of talent sourcing and/or the recruitment process with emphasis on generating high-quality candidates for a high-volume talent pipeline strategy
Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
Advanced skills utilizing standard sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, and HireEZ.
Advanced skills with sourcing techniques and tactics, including Boolean strings, x-ray search and leveraging chrome extensions and email scraping tools.
Aptitude and a willingness to learn the nuances of assigned roles
Capable of effectively developing and executing multi-channeled sourcing strategies
Proven project management experience with problem solving and prioritizing skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Experience with Phenom or another CRM tool is a plus
Secondary Skills (desired)
Learns quickly outside of their key skill sets and successfully applies knowledge in the context of their daily work.
High comfort level with managing projects independently.
Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from peers and leaders.
