LSG Hiring for Junior Legal Cashier at Cochin Full Time

Main Purpose of Job

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a legal cashier or experienced accounts assistant to join a leading firm on a full time permanent basis. You will assist the HoFA with the daily operation of the Accounts department and responsible for a range of cashiering duties.

Daily Tasks
Ø To provide support and assist with the day to day running of the Accounts department.

Ø Posting disbursements to client account

Ø Posting receipts to client account

Ø Creating payment requests with attached supporting documents

Ø Issue invoices for cost recoveries

Ø Updating completion report

Ø Uphold a friendly customer service attitude.

Ø General administrative duties associated with the role

The successful Junior Legal Cashier must:
Ø Previous experience in a Legal Cashiering role with a Legal Firm would be an advantage

Ø Previous experience in an accounts environment

Ø Microsoft office knowledge

Ø Be a good team player and be willing to help others where required

Ø Be reliable and dependable

Ø High organised with a keen eye for details

Ø Develop and apply knowledge

Ø Be able to work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
