L&T Infrastructure Engineering Limited Looking For Contract Specialist at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Full Time

Requirement:

L&T Infrastructure Engineering is looking for a Contract Specialist for Chennai Location.

Total experience: 5 – 10 years

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation / Post Graduation in Engineering (Civil)
• PG in Contract Management/Construction Management is preferred NICMAR/MBA/LLB/PGD Business Law is preferred.

Work Location: Chennai.

Role Requirement:

• Reviewing all contracts and Requests for Proposal (RFP) from customers (Government & Non-Government) and preparing response to ensure compliance w.r.t the commercial and pricing policies.
• Providing input on Pre bid clarifications for all DPR Projects.
• Designing & delivering commercial & pricing model for customer.
• Drafting of various contracts, Leading Commercial / Contract Negotiation & Finalization with Customer. Handling Contractual correspondence with EPC/Design Build Contractor/Clients, negotiation & finalization of contract amendment, change order with Client.
• Resolving disputes with customers on non-technical issues and assists the project manager in resolving technical issue disputes. When necessary, prepares, submits, and negotiates claims.
• Ensuring that the contract and its detailed processes are adhered to strictly and all processes, procedures, Contract obligations are mapped and followed strictly.
• Working in partnership with all business areas and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed customer requirements and specifications.
• Identifying and evaluating of contractual risk & its mitigation plan and reporting to management

Certification:

• Must be done FIDIC/ FIDIC and Niti Ayog Bid Documents Practice for Min at least 5 – 7 Yrs.
• Certification like PMP/RMP is preferred

Note: The Work Location is in Chennai
