The position of Chief Operation Manager shall oversee and manage the Hyderabad Metro Rail Operations. The key responsibilities include:

• Oversee/Manage various OMC activities related to Operation.
• Review and comment on the documents /deliverables of OMC of OCC, Station, Traffic, Facility Management, QHSE, Training and Revenue Management.
• Coordinate with ERAs, Vendors/Suppliers, Designers, Contractors and their team for effective interface management for related functional area.
• Monitoring on-going OMC training and competency development.
• Organise Psychometric tests for OMC staff in coordination with RDSO.
• Review of Keolis Hyderabad operations Staffing plan.
• Responsible for Keolis Hyderabad Operations budget.
• Supervising Controlled Area Working during T&C activities.
• T&C operation coordination for smooth and safe working.
• Review of monthly report shared by Keolis Hyderabad, and comments based on actual performance and audit done by LTMRHL operations team.
• Raise and resolve issues related to project in Monthly Project Review Meeting related to operations, training and safety.
• Raise and resolve issues in Internal Review Meetings with OMC for
• Safety and Training related issues.
• Ensure proper monitoring and auditing of station, depot and OCC housekeeping.
• Regular safety audits and to chair quarterly RSMU meetings to minimise the safety incidents.
• Responsible for contractual compliance related to operations, training and safety as per O&M agreement/CA/O&M Act/GR Guidelines
• Stage wise CMRS inspection preparedness and coordination.
• Proper Planning for implementation & regular Audits of Operation, Safety, Training and housekeeping.
• Conduct meeting with LTMRHL maintenance team for pending issues hampering operations to meet KPI.
• Special activities assigned by COO LTMRHL on day-to-day basis.
