Summary of the Role:

Support the Lubrizol P2P process as a Readiness Planning and Performance Analysis process to improve procurement by clearly articulating performance gaps, identifying barriers to execution, and developing potential solutions to achieve an integrated and enterprise approach.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Make any recommendations for solutions or improvements to the business process
• Develop standard process design, configure, test, deploy, supporting SAP S4 HANA and SAP ECC
• Effectively communicate / collaborate with Business / Global Process Leaders
• Resolving key integration points between and across processes with Process Teams
• Member of the Procurement Support Services team accountable for daily operations support
• Makes decisions applicable to level of influence in the organization

Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

Education / Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
• 7 years of information systems analysis and application development experience
• 5 years of experience supporting procurement systems

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience supporting Procurement systems ( Open Text, Ariba )
• 7+ years of Information Systems and Application experience – SAP ECC and / or SAP S4 HANA
• Use of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook
• 5+ years experience of Ariba modules – Sourcing, P2O, Contracts, Catalog Punchout, Ariba Network
• 4+ years of Open Text Invoicing knowledge
• Project management skills will be an added advantage

Specific Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and work with a distributed team.
• Proven experience in overseeing configuration, development, upgrades and implementation of software packages.
• Integration experience with other SAP modules such as materials management, sales and distribution and finance.
• High degree of customer focus.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload prioritization for self and Team to delivery high quality work products within cost and time constraints.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to develop completely new problem-solving approaches to formulate innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and work with a distributed team.
• International mindset – must be able to deal with diverse, international team.
• Willingness to travel on a project basis – up to 30% per year. Including potential extended period of time away from home.
• OPT knowledge of Archive Server, Document Attachment, Vendor Invoice Management
• Both Technical and Functional capabilities
• Have been involved in OPT Upgrade: service packs and version upgrades

• Perform configurations
• Have experiences in Intellicapture technology
• Has experiences with Open Text ticket processing

• Ability to create SAP Functional / Technical Specifications documents
• Ability to develop and execute detailed testing scripts / plans
• Understanding of the SAP tools – Active Control ( Transport Expresso )
• Ability to perform system monitoring
