  • Spearhead sourcing of a portfolio of indirect categories
  • Lead and manage the RFx, RFP process
  • Release Purchase orders, follow up on deliveries & completion of payment as per TAT.
  • Follow up with Logistics, warehouse & End user for deliveries, GRN& acceptance of delivered material.
  • Apply for payment and follow up with finance for vendor payment as per payment terms.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, and facilitate periodic business reviews to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
  • Establish beneficial working relationships with various internal groups across the organization including partner programs, regional/country offices, legal, finance, and others
  • Manage complex projects from conception through implementation, including change management
