We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Intern to support LugBee users & Hosts over Phone calls, Online Meeting, Chat & email. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner. In addition to this, you should possess good listening skills with the ability to complete the required tasks simultaneously.

Supporting the customer through Phone Calls, Chat, & email ticketing system.

To support LugBee users & hosts in completing the booking process.

Scheduling and delivering online training to our hosts & users.

Overseeing the customer & host service process.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Resolving customer complaints and queries.

Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.
