Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should be capable of handling day to day operations and knowledge of maintenance will be an added advantage.

2. Must be able to make an efforts for planning for maximizing production, proper utilization of raw materials & arranging manpower.

3. Responsible for startup & shutdown of plant as per SOP, troubleshooting during emergency.

Solely responsible for smooth running of all machineries.

4. Knowledge of DCS system is must, he will be responsible for handling control room operations.

5. Must Maintain history and record of all activities.

6. Should posses excellent co-ordination skills with maintenance, QC, waste preparation & stores.

7. Should have knowledge of preparation of work permit.

8.He must be familiar with legal compliances required by GPCB & CPCB.

9. Handling operations of Plant.

10. Attending safety meetings in a month and updating material safety data sheets (MSDS) and also council the lower level employees for safe operations.

11. He will be responsible for overall safety of the operation, human during his shift.

12. An exposure to ISO-9001 & 14001 and OHSHS 18001 is desirable.
