Luxury Escapes Hiring for Accounts Payable Officer at Bangalore Full Time

We are now looking for and Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team based in Bangalore.

What you will do:

• Entry of overhead invoices in XERO
• Preparation of weekly and monthly overhead payments across multiple Entities
• Review of booking reports and preparation of payments for Indian Vendors
• Calculations of payments in accordance with the contractual terms.
• Effectively manage daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
• Reconciliation of Vendors’ Accounts
• Responding to email queries within 48 hours and ability to provide consistent answers to Suppliers and Vendor’s enquiries.

What we are looking for:

• Intermediate excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with high volume data in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding and experience with payment reconciliations
• Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders to resolve payment issues
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Taking initiatives and working without close supervision
• 
  Must be able to start work 7am
