Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with an interior design background to join our growing Home Interiors Brand. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and building new customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ needs and provide information and assistance on our product offering and services
• Provide data and guides to help the design team
• Generate online and offline leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Should be experienced in Interior Designing Sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results, using our CRM system to track and manage leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure timlely delivery of customer requirements in terms of proposals and designs.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and agreed upon.

Key Skills

• Familiarity with interior design field
• Proficiency in different languages is preferred
• High proficiency in speaking and writting English
• Top-notch communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Active listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of commitment, Fast learner and team player with an ability to Multi-task.
