Basic Function
Provide administration support to APS team in India; coordinate import/export activities; record keeping for APS AFMEI. Support Managing Director in overseeing compliance, KPI metrics etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
Admin function
APS Mumbai office administration, hotel/air ticket booking and travel management for APS Mumbai employees and LYB APS visitors
Work closely with other Mumbai admin personnel on staff activities, annual dinner, and Mumbai office admin activities
Record keeping: proper management of all legal and compliance requirements related to APS commercial activities
Support MD in organizing town halls, internal meetings, external correspondence, etc.
At all times, maintain a level of professionalism that protects the Company and its interests, especially in the handling of confidential information or communications with key people
Co-ordination with Regional and Global marketing communication team for social and other medial related articles, posts etc..
Sales function
Perform various documentation, database maintenance and presentations for reporting to management, regional conferences and customer meetings.
Serve as the primary support personnel to AFMEI commercial teams to ensure daily operation to run smoothly.
Coordinate and provide logistics support for business / customers conferences. These include preparing invitation letters, travel, accommodation and catering arrangements.
Effectively manage all Distributors/Reseller agreements and ensure timely compliance, reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
Marketing Function
Act as backup for marketing specialist in SAP pricing uploads and floor price checks
Support Marketing Managers in external business communications
Supporting Marketing Managers to arrange Technical Webinars, Seminars and other corporate events.
Import and Export function
Support Marketing Managers in allocation, forecasting, reporting and order management of imported materials
Work with site logistics, S and OP and supply chain teams on export order management from the three APS sites in India
Monthly reporting of import and export performance vs metrics, work with supply chain team to monitor freight and distribution costs, etc.
Min. Qualifications and Experience :
Diploma / bachelor in business studies or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years working experience related to office administrator and sales co-ordination, preferably with multinational companies
