Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager for our company, experienced in E-commerce sales in USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany and India in home decor products and must have excellent knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Flipkart – Global & Domestic.Job Role & Responsibilities: –

• Product Listing.
• Campaigns.
• Generate sales.
• Inventory Management.
• Resolve customers queries.
• Content Optimization & Optimizing Listings as per Flipkart, Amazon SEO and other marketplaces standards.
• Complete Account Management.
• Team Handling.
• Increase visibility of products by oragnic and paid marketing on various platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Flipkart, etc.
• Managing Inventory, Sales reports and Payment Reconciliations.
• Submitting Cases for Products & other issues.
• Will be responsible for uploading new Listings, editing existing listings, solving listing related problems on marketplaces on weekly basis and ensuring catalogue hygiene.
• Fixation of Stranded & Suppressed Listings.
• Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions.

Requirements: –

• Must have 2+ yrs working experience.
• Must have hands on Amazon FBA, Seller Flex Flipkart, Ebay, Etsy, etc.
• Must have knowledge of single listing and bulk listing, A+ listing content, order processing, stock update, price compression, returns, claims, promotion, campaign, lightning deal.
