We need on urgent basis Accountant for junior position in M/s Bombay Gas Light Stores, Asilmetta, visakhapatnam.

Required Male or Female candidates with age of on or before 26 years.

Requirements:

1.Candidate should be good knowledge on Tally with updated version.

2.Candidate should know good communication skills on Three languages (Hindi, English & Telugu)

3.Candidate should work on google sheets as well as MS office , knowledge on computer skills.

4.Candidate can behave with good attitude, communicate with each others like subordinates and Sr. employees, other department Heads.

5.knowledge on net banking and all types of bank transactions.

6.Should be graduate.

7.Minimum experience should be 2 to 3 years on same field.

Responsibilities:

1.He or She prepare payment details of Vendors like local and non local.

2.He or She prepare DD list on every day as per bank cash deposits.

3. All kind of Company Bank accounts check with Ledger Balance and download every day Bank Statement.

4.All kind of payments and Expenditures should do on online and before that take authorization with HOD.

5. After done the payments of Vendors/expenditures should confirm with phone call polite manner.
