*Designation: MIS Executive

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

A Graduate in any discipline with good knowledge of computers and MS Office

ABOUT ROLE

MIS Executive is one who will be working on the internal MIS software of the Company and generate reports for analysis. The aspect of work will be data related to Sale, Purchase, Accounts, Inventory and Operations

RESPONSIBILITY

• Feed data into the software for various functions of business

• Check for error free work and ensure quality data input

• Generate periodic reports for various departments and analysis

• Ensure hassle free daily operations

TASK AND ACTIVITIES

Feed data into the software for various functions of business

Input data into the software related to sales, Purchase, Accounts and Inventory and generate invoices

Check for error free work and ensure quality data input

Double check and sense check all data for error free work as it will have real time implications

Generate periodic reports for various departments and analysis

Using tools available in software and excel, generate actionable reports for analysis

Ensure hassle free daily operations

Prompt billing, accurate input and faster response time to ensure higher customer satisfaction and hassle free handling of daily activities

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
