Project: This is a 3 million sq. ft. high-rise residential project in south Mumbai with a panoramic view of the racecourse, comprising of three 250 metres – 270 metres tall towers, 3 basements, and a nine-level podium structure with 60-70 habitable floors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and Leading document control team and implement document control systems.
• Managing and controlling of documents such as submissions, letters drawing and specification, distributing as per set communication protocol to team members and general contractor as well as subcontractors and others.
• Ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly.
• Ensuring that all correspondence are referenced and logs/registers are updated.
• Coordinating and controlling of the RFI, NCR and submittals such as drawings and material.
• Raising of instructions on behalf of the project and commercial managers.
• Assisting the team in preparing various reports.
• Assisting in managing the process of handing-over of information, O&M manuals, H&S files, As-built and other types of document.

About you You have a relevant degree qualification and be a member of a professional body. You have experience in schools and education campus project. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
