This role you will be responsible for all front office related functions, including, overview soft services, housekeeping services, managing meeting rooms, training rooms, courier services etc.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking front of house operative to join our established and growing team in Bangalore.
Your responsibilities will include:
Housekeeping service including daily floor walk around checking of meeting room arrangements, restroom cleaning, and workstation cleaning.
Keeping front office tidy and presentable with all necessary material (forms, stationary items etc.).
Communicating with the LL for the visitor’s/vendor’s smooth entry and exit, getting the access cards ready for the visitors.
Coordinating with the plant vendor on regular checking, watering and replacement of indoor plants.
Making sure the food ordered is delivered on time and making arrangements accordingly.
Coordinating with the vendor on timely delivery and quality product used for the vending machine.
Collecting the requirements of the event and coordinating with the team to make the arrangements.
Collecting the swipe in detail and cross verifying it with the registers and sharing on daily basis.
Coordinating with the vendor for quotations/details of the vehicle on time pickup and sharing the daily occupancy of the shuttle.
Collecting details from employees for ID card/printed registers/stickers/business cards and stationary items, consolidating to share it with the vendor and following up for the delivery.
Tracking the daily consumption and ordering the consumables as per the consumption.
Auditing of registers of reception, auditing of the safety devices.
Checking the regular behavior of guarding staff on the alertness/attendance and salary tracking any discrepancy will be notified to the concerned department.
Maintaining lost and found, visitor profiling, bus pass services, incident reporting and tracing, parking assistance, managing ID cards and visiting cards, material movement, mock drill activities, power requirements, EHS (FAS, PA, safety measures), lighting, air conditioning.
Making sure the physical access form has all the required details to provide the access card.
Collecting invoices, validating the correctness of the invoices and submitting the invoices to the finance team.
Blocking meeting rooms/ cafeteria/ visitor access card/ tea/coffee/ lunch arrangements for the visitors.
About you
You have a minimum high school and/or bachelor’s degree. You have administration experience. You are a team player with strong customer service skills and organizational skills. You have working knowledge of MS Office.
