Description: We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.Responsibilities: · Understanding, designing and executing recruitment plans.· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.· Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications by telephonic calling.· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.· Ability to conduct different types of interviews.· Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).· Strong decision-making skills.· Attendance of employees· Details of late comers, absentees, corrective action for same.· Maintain HR files of employees· Salary calculation, PF and other statutory requirements· Ensure satisfaction level of employees. Act as a buffer between employees and management. Motive the team and resolve conflicts as and when required.· Issue memos to employees when required and maintain record thereof.· Organize training programs.· Plan and organize HR activities.· Person should responsible for complete development cycle for Recruitment.· Co-ordination with departmental head.· Recruit candidates from different job portals, social media, references & networking.· Making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone is filled out and making sure that everything from the first day to each subsequent day is navigated successfully.· Maintain and Process payroll on the monthly basis.· Conduct disciplinary actions.· Handle admin-related miscellaneous tasks including festival celebrations, keeping the record of all assets (Devices).· Resolve issues between management and employees.· Update HR policies and help the organization to become the best place to work.· Maintain employee personal and professional records. Conduct benefits analysis for the betterment of employees.· Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees· Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc· Preparation of salary statement· Handling the full and final settlement of the employees· Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management· Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, law and record information on a timely basis· Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements· Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality· Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities· Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee· Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have· Monitor key HR metrics, including time to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire· Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs· Candidates should experience in Monster and Naukri, LinkedIn and Other Job Portals.· Good Interpersonal Relationship.Send a report to the Reporting Manager, hiring manager for recruitment on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleLeave encashmentPaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9033625696
