– Assist the Account Manager in managing and maintaining client accounts.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
– Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
– Prepare and present reports to clients on a regular basis.
– Assist with budget management and invoicing.
– Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients.
– Attend client meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and solutions.
