The APAC CCO/SRI MI Team is responsible for compiling and analyzing reportable data and ensuring such data is accurately represented on the reports for senior management that aids effective decision-making on compliance risk/strategy matters by establishing and maintaining an APAC CCO Management Information and Reporting program. This role is a team lead role and will be responsible for the end to end delivery to APAC CCO/SRI MI as per the set KPIs and deadlines and manage the team. The role is responsible for: • Seek to ensure MI reports are produced on a timely basis • Supervision and Governance of the MI Production and team • Collaborate closely with respective Data Providers in case of any challenges highlighted by the team • Manage the change processes for metrics reported independently • Timely reporting of any issues (e.g., production delays, discrepancies in data) as part of the reporting process • Perform production of metrics as per the allocations for each cycle • Understand the end to end reporting process for report preparation and produce MI as per the monthly allocations. • Perform supervisory checks for both APAC CCO/SRI MI • Perform analytical reviews of the regulatory reports which may include a variance analysis of the report to identify and ensure significant variances are explainable • Change management of the MI process Your future colleagues We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm’s D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global cultural values. To excel in this role, you should possess: * Prior experience on MI reporting with preference given to those who have worked in a Compliance/Risk function * Data analytics, Tableau and Power BI * Strong communication skills with ability to strong negotiation and partner management skills * Outstanding written and verbal skills along with strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office platforms * Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving approach * Strong project management and analytical skills is a must * Strong People management skills and ability to work under pressure * At least 10-14 years professional work experience. Minimum Graduate degree level, with qualification in Engineering, Finance or related field advantageous.
