To manage and handle Floor day to day Inbound/ Outbound/ Returns management Bhiwandi warehouse
- Responsible for efficient management of Inbound/ Outbound/ Returns management of Warehousing & Distribution (WnD) & Logistics operations for the Bhiwandi warehouse (Mumbai)
- Responsible for managing all Operational and administration function of the Bhiwandi facility as Planning of Manpower, Infrastructure, Technology and day to day operational activity.
- Ensuring Operational excellence within the Bhiwandi facility with relevant Compliances, policies and procedures.
- Providing Complete Operational Support to Asst Manager Warehouse Operations and relevant customers, drive the operations and achieve all the agreed KPI’s.
- Working in coordination with Asst Manager Warehousing on issues related to headcounts and staff planning.
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and improvement of the warehouse operations by maintaining the healthy relations with On roll and Off roll staffs, Labours and Vendors.
- Responsible for health and safety governance and operating governance along with collaborating with relevant functions and other product lines within Maersk
- Supporting Asst. Manager warehousing Bhiwandi for achieving the financial and non-financial targets for the facility/ facilities in scope.
- Take proactive steps to optimize key business operating variables to maximise efficiencies, throughput and drive cost leadership
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle while ensure high degree of inventory accuracy
- Resolve escalations and root cause problems with lasting solution.
