The Key Client Management team is part of the Maersk Sales & Marketing function. The Senior Analyst, KC Program Role within the Key Client Management Team is a key contributor in formulating, implementing, and monitoring the progress of Key Client portfolio at Maersk. The role reports into Lead – SCD, Sustainability & Key Client Management and is a key contributor towards logistics solution sales strategy & analytics for Maersk’s Key Clients
The Senior Analyst, KC Program will work with the CEN KCM team to support the roll out of account management of the future. In this key role the team will look at the senior analyst to support the implementation & execution of set policies & procedures and streamline & standardize the performance reporting & communication
Key responsibilities of this role include data analysis, account management program performance reporting, competitive analysis and enabling account management process optimization –
- Setup and share standardized analytical reports with the senior stakeholders to highlight focus areas
- Update of Must Win Battle performance, highlighting of red-flags, and monitoring of specific initiatives
- Create tools & frameworks to capture Profit & loss report basd on Return on capital expenditure (ROCE) for Key Clients across the region
- Monitoring & reporting account teams’ performance across the region based on set parameters for success
- Analyse business portfolio by designing performance dashboards and other business classification, selection and prioritization metrics
- Perform data mining activities of gathering and compiling data to make a thorough analysis and to extract the relevant information
- Analyse opportunities/threats, strengths/weaknesses within the account management set-up in accordance with the guidelines set by CEN KCMT
- Able to improve analytics and MIS processes
4-6 years of experience in sales analytics & operations reporting & communication
- Qualification: Post-Graduate with experience in sales analytics & operations driven reporting an MBA is a Must Have
- Background in Forwarding & logistics industry is an added advantage
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs that enable business decision on key client management program
