The role is to be part of the Engineering team, To plan and execute Maintenance and Repair activities for all equipment’s To coordinate with multiple stake holders for minimal down time of the machine, Ensure preventive maintenance are carried as per OEM recommendations. To ensure break down maintenance activities are completed in minimal time and support business functions To coordinate with multiple government authorities to ensure all the statutory compliance and regulations are met. Ensure timely updation of internal systems and follow up on the procurement activities, to ensure HSSE and compliance are followed

Responsibilities :
Coordinate with OEM for exceptional maintenance activities

involve in new projects for electrical and TNEB requirements

C – License holder , Coordinate with TNEB authorities for annual audit and NC closures

Coordinate with legal metrological department for weighbridge and fuel pump stamping

Ensure periodical check on lifting and rigging tools

Complete all statutory requirements

PESO license, UG fuel storage, Fuel Dispenser maintenance and compliance

Appoint competent authorities for audit and certifications for all equipment’s

Close coordination with procurement team for procuring

Energy efficiency, power panel, transformer, DG maintenance

Ensure HSSE rules are complied at all times

Accountable for Electrical Maintenance, Statutory Compliance, TNEB Rules and Regulations, implementation, Lifting and Rigging tools, Equipment’s uptime

Shared responsibility on HSSE compliance, Inventory Management, Timely payment to vendors

Individual responsibility with respect to Statutory Compliance, Testing & Certification for lifting tools, Equipment uptime

Critical Competence:
C License

Knowledge on CHE and MHE Maintenance

Knowledge in Hydraulic & , Pneumatic pressure and applications

DG Maintenance

Competency in Lifting & Rigging tools
